Are you kidding me? Why have I had a paintbrush in my hand for the last week and a half? I should have known that they already existed. <a href="http://applepiedesign.be/choice.php" target="_blank">Apple Pie Design</a> is kicking the vinyl decals with style. They've even got designs for the adult rooms.

The images show a solar eclipse from NASA's Stereo-B Spacecraft. It's hard to imagine how mesmerizing the work of <a href="http://www.strandbeest.com/" target="_blank">Theo Jansen</a> truly is. The only description I could come up with was "organic engineering". I'm sure that term represents other things as well, but it gets at the heart of Mr. Jansen's work. The <a href="http://www.strandbeest.com/mGallery/index.php?c=beach" target="_blank">photo gallery</a> and <a href="http://www.strandbeest.com/movies.html" target="_blank">movies</a> are remarkable.

I've never seen anything quite like El Yunque. It's an enormous rain forest surrounding a mountain on the Southeast portion of Puerto Rico. It's filled with incredible plant life, and a little frog called the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coqu%C3%AD" target="_blank">Coqui</a>. They have this <a href='javascript:audiopopup("coqui.mp3");'>mesmerizing call</a> that cycles you to sleep at night
